True Healthy Stewardship in a Skewed Wellness Culture | Clara Collie

Clara is a dietitian, personal trainer, and founder of Redemptive Health, an online wellness practice where she offers 1:1 coaching and group membership to help women create simple, sustainable habits to improve their health, steward their body, and become the best version of themselves. She lives in Asheville with her husband and can usually be found re-reading the same 10 books, hiking in the woods, or piddling around in the yard. In this episode Clara shares a little bit about the start and growth of her own wellness story, and how we can each take steps towards creating true healthy body stewardship. Through tangible tips and biblical truths, we share more about what it really means to take ownership over your mind and trust the sanctification process.
