I don’t think I can be disappointed through trying one more guide. How is this different from other digital downloads?

Return to Rest provides personalizable templates in each of the 7 categories of rest, so you can take each section as your own spirit creates margin! Choose one section that resonates with you for that season and make a habit to implement the resources.

This might sound like more of an intentional investment. What will it look like for me to work through this?

There’s no rush to work through the material. You’re meant to find rest! 

That being said, some of the sections contain activities to allow for more intentional processing. Feel free to use this collective as best suits your need for your stage of life, and soul care your heart needs! This may look like intentionally sitting with 1-2 of the activities to fully take advantage of the repatterning that needs to happen. 

What does it mean to create new intentional habits that actually get out of the chronic fatigue feedback loop?

Decompressing after a long day by “doing nothing,” and scrolling on socials or throwing on something on the TV in the background doesn’t equal decompression, but instead distraction. Instead, RTR encourages habits that encourage you to face the fatigue with tools that equip you to intentionally recover versus distractedly disengage.
