Quitting the "Beauty" Chase + Does Modesty Even Matter? | Addie Overla

Addie is 28 years old, married, and based in Columbus, OH. She currently works full-time in ministry, but was formerly a competitive bodybuilder. God has taught her so much about the beauty of breaking idols, removing the pressure of hustle culture, and just seeking Him above all else. Her passion is to motivate others to better physical, mental, and spiritual health through my social media and podcast ministry called Christ In Me With Addie. In this episode Addie shares the real talk about growing a platform in fitness on social media, and how her convictions on topics like modesty have not only shaped her online presence but her heart as well. To the men + women who have struggled with this topic, want exhortation and support through singleness and guarding your heart against unrealistic happiness standards — this episode is for you!
