Creating Healthy Attachment + Gentle Parenting | Grace Boggs

Grace is a fellow "crunchy" mama with a heart and passion for loving other mamas well. She is currently pursuing her masters in counseling while raising her two sons alongside her rockstar husband, Matt. In this episode Grace shares a little bit about her own journey in motherhood from postpartum depression to labor trauma, and the transition from one babe to two. We chat about how her own faith and a gospel perspective changes the way she approaches her family, and evidence based research stemming from attachment theory, to create a loving environment for her children to grow. We hope that by sharing our experiences in motherhood, the good, bad and ugly, that our own kids will see the light of Christ and other mamas will find encouragement for their families!
